Front desk made an unauthorized (mistaken) charge to my credit card. They did reverse it when I got my statement. It was disturbing.

The clerk was very helpful (when s/he was there).
There was no bell at the desk to get the clerk, who was absent.
The staff was extremely helpful. The room was very well equipped and a good value for the money.

Excellent staff, every time I stay here they are great!
The bed was not so good this time. Some springs poked through.
I like this place. It has a location that is excellent. The staff is better, more efficient, and less stuffy or impatient than any place in the SF Bay area.

Nice hotel for a great price!
There were some employees that were not very friendly.
I enjoyed staying there. Nice kitchens with the rooms and in a very nice and safe location.
